CRPP has worked with over 200 municipalities nation-wide since 1979 on projects such as Constituent Satisfaction Surveys to collecting input on Strategic Plans to support for various initiatives.

We proudly provided years of research support to Coral Springs, Florida as it won the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award - one of the first municipalities ever to receive the honor.
